My name is Wilson Haefner, and I’m an IT and cybersecurity professional with a passion for making technology more accessible and secure for everyday users. I graduated from Penn State University in 2021 with a degree in Information Sciences and Technology and a minor in Security Risk Analysis. Since then, I’ve spent the last four years working at a managed security service provider, helping organizations protect themselves from cyber threats and navigate complex IT challenges.

Over time, I began noticing a recurring theme in my personal life: my mom and her friends often had questions about things like suspicious emails, unfamiliar phone updates, or how to access their online accounts. These weren’t technical failures — they were everyday frustrations caused by technology that isn’t always designed with clarity in mind. I realized there’s a real need for trustworthy, patient, and knowledgeable support — especially for people in their 50s, 60s, and beyond who didn’t grow up with this technology.

That’s what led me to start this service. My goal is to offer practical, judgment-free tech help and security guidance to those who want to feel more confident with their devices, their accounts, and their online safety — whether for themselves or their loved ones.
